The flow-pack hffs machine, 100% gen 3 electronic

UNIVERSAL ELECTRON by DIZMA® is the new flow-pack packaging machine model which is completely electronic. In fact, it runs completely controlled by new generation’s electronics which provide three independent brushless motors and a dynamic run of the axis. Synchronization and drives’ control of the masses are made by electronic dynamic unit control and by a PC system. Machine’s functions are run by a powerful programmable PLC, through a friendly use operator’s digital panel. Signals are digital in order to ensure the maximum precision and flexibility. Settable programs are more than 90 and to every one corresponds the relevant format. Controllable Electronic axis are more than 80. UNIVERSAL ELECTRON is a machine suitable also to be connected with DIZMA® automatic feeding units - available in more than 50 models - eventually run by electronic motors and directly driven by the same PC of the packaging machine.
