NEW HORIZONTAL FLOW-WRAPPER BY DIZMA WITH SUPER LONG-DWELL SEALING JAWS.

Dizma has introduced to the market a new electronic horizontal flow-wrapper, full servo driven, suitable to package various products while guaranteeing the total tightness of the welding up to 150 and 450 packs/min , accordingly to the type of installed jaws. It is a model of wrapper suitable to be used to package products which requires air-tight packs. It can find application to package fresh products with gas flushing (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) i.e. meat, cheese, catering products, sandwiches, fish, etc., snacks, cosmetic products, medicare prod., etc. In particular, it can be connected to accessories as automatic labelling machines, check weighers, electronic printers, automatic loading units, pick and place units, etc. Our Technical and commercial office is available to study together with customers eventual projects.

DIZMA ROTOCUT ® SERVO

When wet wipes have to be wrapped, is necessary to make “flow-pack” packages with one opening to pick up every single wipe without opening all the pack. Dizma has revised and re-projected its own special cutting device called ROTOCUT, for one customer which needed to pack wet wipes. Today, with Dizma's new model ROTOCUT SERVO, it is possible to set up the electronic flow-wrappers by Dizma with this new electronic die-cutting unit, in order to adjust the position of the “picking-up window” on the package. It is possible to reach very high speed and a perfect result. All the group is completely adjustable to match the quality of wrapping foil and the various required thickness. Of course, the application is completed with the installation of one labelling machine which can use even transparent labels. We are proud to inform that the most important Greek producer for chocolates, waffles, snacks etc. has chosen flow-packaging machines by DIZMA to wrap its products. The order provided one complete automatic line to transport, group and wrap for chocolate coated waffles, in many formats and multi-packs. Have been supplied completely electronic and servo driven horizontal flow-wrappers, synchronized by latest generation’s Motion Contol units. The reached output is 250-300 packs/min. Our flow-wrappers can run both with cold or hot sealing films. All the transportation ns feeding units do not damage the products in any way. MOPS PACKAGING

Many are the applications in the “cleaning” and “house keeping” field where special DIZMA packaging machines are utilised. As in this case where an important Italian Company, leader in mops production, bought a special DIZMA packaging machine to package its mops, getting a nice package. The utilised film is a low density polyethylene. The euro slot is made with a special punch avoiding any tear. The machine is completely electronic and with simple regulations it packages about 30 different formats of mops for floor and for industrial cleaning. Packaged products are distributed by a big group of German GDO, whose marketing expected high quality standards applied to the resistance to the traction and to the package’s tear.

BISCUITS IN FLOW PACK

The cooperation between DIZMA and an important Austrian confectionery industry recurs. Biscuits are packaged with special film for high speeds, using DIZMA horizontal packaging machines. One prestigious company, located in Umbria, one of the richest of arts and traditions for chocolates manufacturing Italian regions, has chosen packaging machines by Dizma, to package its chocolates blocks. PACKAGING OF LADY FINGERS

The packaging of "lady-fingers" (and biscuits in general) has always been a top interesting matter for Dizma. Since the beginning, Dizma has been well valued more than other manufacturers in the field of biscuits and backed products generally. AUTOMATIC FINS FOLDERS

Many food and non-food products (biscuits, confectionery, chocolate, nougat, boxes, etc.) are normally wrapped in flow-pack way. NEW SEALERS MOD. THERMO

DIZMA, thanks to its own know-how and the cooperation with a famous diary American Group, has developed and produced a new type of sealers named THERMO, suitable for packaging with thermo shrinkable polipropelines films, i.e. Cryovac, Du Pont, Bemis, etc. This type of film has a sufficient saleability, but the continuous technological process of packaging and thermo shrinking requires that the sealed packages' films would be very small in order to create unpleasant and large welding, once processing packages into the shrink tunnel. So, DIZMA, even if able to offer its type of sealers POLY, suitable for polyethylene LDPE/HDPE and thermoshrinkable films, wanted to develop a new evolution characterized by the possibility to obtain invisible very thin welding. In this way, once the packages has passed through the shrink oven, will be presented perfectly compact and with film completely adherent to the external side, “like a skin”, without those bad and big shrinkable welding obtained with traditional packaging machines. The new DIZMA THERMO are available to be fit on any model of machines by DIZMA, in many sizes and formats and can be suitable to package all the products with poluolephine thermo shrinkable films at atm 60 gauge.
