The flow-pack hffs machine with exclusive box motion sealing jaws

MINI EVERY by DIZMA® is the compact version of the famous flow-pack horizontal packaging machines fitted with the special DIZMA’s Box Motion sealing heads, introduced at first in Italy by DIZMA more than twenty years ago. Thanks to this particular configuration, it is possible to package products with an excellent aesthetic of the packages, thanks to the particular gusseting devices. MINI EVERY is suitable to package big products, single or multipack, and products which requires a long shelf life as sausages, cheese, meat, fruits, bread, etc. with normal or special barrier thermosealing films. Infact, thanks to the prolonged “dwell time”, obtained through the translation of the transversal sealers and special materials utilized for the transversal and longitudinal sealers, seals are hermetic and very resistant. The yield in terms of weldings is the best. For humid environments and under strict sanitary controls, MINI EVERY is supplied in stainless steel (mod. MINI EVERY SUPER INOX). MINI EVERY is available with CONTINUOUS BOX MOTION DRIVE or with INTERMITTENT DRIVE, depending on the required out-put. The range of DIZMA EVERY machines is very large and includes more than 11 different models in various sizes, for different films widths and different required outputs. DIZMA EVERY is also available 100% electronic driven by brushless motors, named UNIVERSAL ELECTRON BOX MOTION and can be easily join with automatic feeders by DIZMA.
