When wet wipes have to be wrapped, is necessary to make “flow-pack” packages with one opening to pick up every single wipe without opening all the pack. Dizma has revised and re-projected its own special cutting device called ROTOCUT, for one customer which needed to pack wet wipes. Today, with Dizma's new model ROTOCUT SERVO, it is possible to set up the electronic flow-wrappers by Dizma with this new electronic die-cutting unit, in order to adjust the position of the “picking-up window” on the package. It is possible to reach very high speed and a perfect result. All the group is completely adjustable to match the quality of wrapping foil and the various required thickness. Of course, the application is completed with the installation of one labelling machine which can use even transparent labels.
