GDV SUPER 500 by DIZMA® is the new model of horizontal flow-pack packaging machine which is already known all over the world for its performances and revised completely with new architectures and a carefully studied ergonomics. GDV SUPER is particularly indicated for packaging food, confectionery, cheese, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, etc. whenever using wrapping material in foil suitable for medium/high outputs. It is a flow-wrapper suitable for medium and high cadences, ensuring high flexibility and very good performances. GDV SUPER can be considered a fast packaging machine and carefully manufactured, using special materials and a cantilever self-supporting framework in anticorodal aluminium. It's a machine with compact dimensions and low weight; our machine allows easy cleaning up and simple access. It is an automatic and complete flow-wrapper with electronic regulations for speed and pitch, for the maximum flexibility for many formats. GDV SUPER is supplied with three pairs of sealing wheels with automatic opening, and can be completed with a long list of optionals. The main available versions are GDV SUPER 500 and GDV SUPER ELECTRON, largely customizable and connectable with mechanical or electronic automatic DIZMA's feeding systems.
