DIZMA EXHIBITIONS
IPACK-IMA 2009 – Milan , Italy 24-28 March 2009.

At the next edition NUOVA DIZMA, packaging division of Pavan Group, will present the new models of the horizontal & vertical packaging machines.

MINI NEW 500 is suitable for every kind of products, food and extra food. There are several configurations available for semi-automatic or fully automatic packaging. Maximum speed: 150 ppm. Film: BOPP, PA+PE, PET+PE, etc.

MINI ELECTRON is the evolution of the Mini New 500. Equipped with 3 brushless drivers and PLC synchronization. Mini Electron is fully customizable thanks to a huge gamma of accessories that provide high flexibility and wide range of solutions for different products. The operator interface is touch-screen type. Maximum speed: 180 ppm. Film: BOPP, PA+PE, PET+PE, etc.


The packaging machine model SVMA-M is a new alternate-motion vertical machine, controlled by brushless motors, that allows to form four-sides sealed packages thanks to special accessories. The packaging machine is equipped with vertical sealing bar, film drive and jaws group with brushless motor drive, specific system for forming square bottom bags, special junction plate for easier reel change, automatic device for transversal film centering (driving the whole rear part of the machine, including the reel). The packaging machine is controlled by an industrial PLC through a single operator interface panel with touch-screen function. This new machine is ideal for all those applications where high quality packages are required.

AGROPRODMASH 2008 – Moscow 13-17 October, 2008. Pavilion 8  Hall 1, Stand D40. AGROPRODMASH is the only Russian trade fair that has been demonstrating all stages of agricultural raw materials processing, food production and sale since 1996. Pavan Group will show the latest installations and production processing for dry & fresh pasta, extruded & special products, ready & frozen meals. At the booth we will present the new packaging solutions and systems made by our companies Stiavelli and Dizma.
 
International Packaging Technology and Logistics Exhibition TAROPAK 2008. Hall 15A Stand 16. From 15 th to 18 th September, 2008 (Monday - Thursday). It's Exhibitors who are continuously making TAROPAK one of the most important events of packaging branch, gathering approx. 750 Companies from 30 countries and attended by almost 40,000 Visitors - many of them are specialists and merchants. Fairs give special, unique possibilities - to deliver positive image of a company and to collect knowledge on expectations of the customers. However, it is the direct, face-to-face meeting with the potential clients that does matter in the highest degree. Pavan Group will exhibits with both its Packaging and Food Process representatives.
 

INTERPACK 2008 Stand E17/E21 - Hall 3. From 24 to 30 April 2008. The international packaging industry met together in Düsseldorf at the biggest interpack event ever staged. Exhibitors and visitors benefit from the additional floor space in the new Hall 8b. Spread across 19 halls, interpack filled the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center to capacity. Over Interpack's seven-day run, visitors had not only the full encyclopaedia of the latest processes and packaging trends in such segments as foods and beverages, confectionery and baked goods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, non-food consumer goods as well as industrial goods laid out before them, but also had opportunities to forge new contacts in the sector. DIZMA exhibited with Pavan Group and its brands Mapimpianti, Toresani, Stiavelli at Stand E17/E21 Hall 3.

DIZMA presented its GDV Super Electron Long Dwell Model: this is the new model of the range of horizontal GDV packaging machines, featuring a self-supporting cantilevered frame, a revamped architecture and carefully designed ergonomic features. GDV Super Electron Long Dwell is particular suited for packaging products in modified atmosphere or that is for making gas tight packs in the food, confectionery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical sectors etc. Flat sheet laminated heat-sealable wrapping materials suited for high packaging speeds can be used, guaranteeing high flexibility of use and excellent performance. The cut and stitch Long Dwell type pincers ensure an airtight seal of the pack. The machine is completely electronic. All functions are run and adjusted by PLC and Brushless systems through an user-friendly touch-screen interface.

 

SIAB 2007 – STAND C5 HALL 7

Dizma participated to the 2007 Edition of SIAB which took place in Verona from the 5th to the 9th of May 2007 . SIAB focuses on bakery and pasta integrated production processes.
