The flow-pack hffs machine for high performances

FAST 500 by DIZMA® is the model of horizontal packaging machine, suitable for high and very high outputs, above all in the sectors of the confectionery (biscuits), chocolate (chocolates, bars, etc), waffels, soap bars, ice-creams and for all those products with small or medium dimensions which require high production and an excellent quality of package. FAST 500 is a very strong machine, characterized by a frame in cast special alloy, and its performances are very high (up to 800 ppm). Sealing jaws are special made for high speed with multiple sectors or Long-Dwell type for hermetical seal of the package of food products in MAP. FAST 500 is a fast packaging machine, suitable to be installed in completely automatic plants and in large industries and it is actually used by very important producers with big outputs. The wrapping films which can be employed on this machine can be various, but always thermoslderable high quality coated, or it is possible to use “cold-sealing” films (above all for chocolate or ice-creams). Normally, FAST 500 is supplied complete with ordinators, orientators, buffers and automatic feeders by DIZMA.
