DZ 600 is the new vertical form-fill-and-seal machine by DIZMA® . Designed in 1999, DIZMA's staff studied the new compact, economic, easy to use and flexible vertical machine. DZ 3 Junior is suitable to package loose products in various size, granulars, powders and it is possible to fit specific dosing units for volumetric dosing or for electronic weighing and dosing. DZ 600 by DIZMA can also be supplied and connected with multiheads weighers. The machine is controlled by a PLC and the machine's and doser's functions are set up by a digital LCD as HMI (Human Machine Interface). Thanks to the friendly operations, the high quality DIZMA and the flexibility to package up to 3 kgs (DZ 600 Super) this machine is successful worldwide.
DZ 600 is also available 100% in stainless steel when machine is installed in humid and aggressive environments (milk, cheese, meat, frozen products, cosmetics, etc.).
The range of vertical machines by DIZMA includes also bigger models even in inclined version and models with sealers POLY for polyethylene films.
